Free USA Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum spend or promo code is required at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Every order undergoes careful verification and packing before being handed over to our courier partners.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery across the USA typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Total Estimated Time: Expect your package within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier system.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Packerz ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

Please note that delivery times to APO/FPO military addresses and remote regions may require additional transit days.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

We work quickly to process and fulfill orders. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, address updates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods

Packerz is committed to ensuring your travel gear arrives safely.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please photograph the package and reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members or neighbors before contacting us. If the package remains missing, reach out so we can initiate a carrier claim.
